Our Team

Jenny Zabriskie, ACMHC

Life can be challenging, and navigating those challenges alone can feel overwhelming. Jenny is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults find healing, balance, and hope — even during life’s most difficult seasons. Inspired by her mother’s wisdom that “life is about managing your emotions, healing from trauma, and still finding joy,” she sits alongside her clients as they work toward renewal and emotional well-being.

Jenny provides support for a wide range of concerns including betrayal trauma, unwanted sexual behavior, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, marital and family challenges, shame, parenting struggles, and self-esteem or confidence difficulties. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, she offers compassionate, personalized care rooted in a humanistic, person-centered approach. She is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based technique that helps clients process trauma and experience greater emotional freedom.

Outside her practice, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, as well as music, painting, fishing, and grapefruit. She is honored to guide children, teends, and adults on their journey toward growth, healing, and lasting peace.

Jon Zabriskie, LMFT, ASAT Candidate

When life gets particularly difficult, having helpful support can make all the difference. Jon is honored to be a part of these critical moments in the lives of people who show great courage and vulnerability by coming in and sharing about what is going on in their lives.

Jon has enjoyed years of experience walking with clients of various ages and situations through challenges like addiction, loneliness, shame, marital conflict, and relationship struggles. He is particularly passionate about helping men navigate the complexities of problems related to sexual behavior. Watching these men overcome thier challenges one step at a time is what gives Jon the greatest joy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he has worked with individuals, couples, and families in settings such as agencies, hospitals, and private practice. He will soon complete training from the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.

Jon is also passionate about spending time with his wife and four children, catching a BYU sporting event with loved ones, supporting local 12-step meetings, and listening to and making music.

Lance Shipley, Life Coach & Holistic Kinesiologist

Life’s challenges often extend beyond what we can see on the surface. Lance is passionate about helping individuals discover the underlying patterns, beliefs, and habits that influence their health, relationships, and overall well-being. He partners with clients to create lasting change by combining practical tools, personal growth, and timeless principles that empower them to live with greater purpose, peace, and connection.

Lance earned his bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Brigham Young University and became a certified Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor, where he learned firsthand the powerful connection between nutrition, emotional well-being, and healthy relationships. As his work with clients deepened, he recognized that lasting transformation requires more than physical health alone. This realization led him to study the role of the conscious and subconscious mind, as well as principles of personal growth through mentorship, seminars, extensive study, and complementary modalities including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, and Kinesiology. He later became certified as a Life Coach and now works with clients individually and through educational classes.

Grounded in his faith in Jesus Christ and the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lance believes that growth, healing, and lasting change are possible for everyone. He enjoys helping others discover truth, strengthen their relationships, and become the best version of themselves through meaningful conversations and practical application.

Originally from Southern California, Lance now lives in Utah, where he enjoys serving clients and continuing his lifelong pursuit of learning, growth, and service. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they pursue healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, and more fulfilling lives.
