We’re Here to Help

Hi there. We’re so glad that you’re here. We are Radiant Rise Therapy. We have been in business since January 2025 and we have decades of collective experience in therapy and holistic treatment. Whatever brings you here, we are happy and eager to help you. Give us a call and we will discuss your needs, free of cost.

Whether you’re an adult, a teen, or a child, we can help you. We offer individual, marriage, and family therapy. We also offer homeopathic treatment for those who are more interested in a holistic approach to healing. What’s more, we collaborate as a team, so your treatment plan comes not only from your clinician; it comes from the whole team. We believe strongly in a team approach because we recognize that no team member has all the answers.

Do I suffer from addiction?

We are passionate about helping our clients with addiction. Not all acting-out behavior constitutes addictive behavior. That’s why we believe in the definition of addiction as described by professionals like Patrick Carnes and John Bradshaw, which includes three different criteria: 1) I turn to something for its mood-altering effect. 2) I turn to something with increasing volume, intensity, and/or duration over time. 3) I turn to something that causes life-damaging consequences. None of these three criteria by themselves constitutes addiction. But when all three are present together, addiction is present. Regardless, we recommend strongly that anyone who suspects that they suffer from addiction get professional help to accurately assess for and treat that behavior. Give us a call and we’ll consult with you about your concerns and needs.

Do I suffer from betrayal trauma?

Betrayal trauma can be easily missed, especially if you are suffering quietly from its effects. Betrayal trauma is described by researchers as the effect on the mind, body, and heart when an individual discovers that their partner has betrayed their trust through infidelity. Sadly, these effects mirror the symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. It often includes obsessive thoughts about your partner’s past, current, or future choices; high levels of shame (e.g., “How could I have missed seeing this sooner?”); exhausting efforts to track your partner’s actions; emotional arousal that would seem to reflect that danger is present at all times; dark, intrusive thoughts that can include suicidal ideation; sleeplessness; and so on. It is common for those who suffer from betrayal trauma to try to manage all of it alone. Don’t keep this to yourself. Reach out for help. Call us today.

Do I suffer from a mental disorder?

As mentioned above with addiction, it is unwise to self-diagnose. We at Radiant Rise can support you in determining whether you suffer from a mental disorder. This is defined in the DSM-5 as “a syndrome characterized by clinically significant disturbance in an individual’s cognition, emotion regulation, or behavior that reflects a dysfunction in the psychological, biological, or developmental processes underlying mental functioning” (p. 20). In short, if a mental disorder is present, then you’re not functioning in your day-to-day life at a level you’re used to functioning. If you suspect you may suffer from a mental disorder, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and so on, we can help you identify whether it is at clinical levels and what treatment is recommended.

Can I afford therapy?

Therapy costs can add up quickly. We work with our clients to help with the cost of therapy. Our individual sessions cost $130 – $150 (depending on what is being addressed in sessions) for a 50-minute session and $90 for a 30-minute session. Our group therapy sessions cost $50 for each 90-minute group. Our homeopathic treatment sessions are $150 for a 90-120 minute session. If you cannot afford these costs, please reach out to us anyway and we can discuss potential options to make treatment more affordable. We accept payment with all major forms of credit, with debit, with HSA, and with FSA. We also accept cash payment or Venmo. We are not credentialed with any insurance companies and therefore are not approved providers for any insurance plans. Also, we are happy to work with a third party for payment (e.g., a family member, a church leader).
